We offer you to have a great holiday in
one of the most beautiful Transcarpathian
town Rakhiv. Rakhiv is the historical place
of Hutsulshchina, and it is located very
close to the geographical center of Europe
(10km).
Our guest house is situated in the
Carpathian mountains, 950m above the level
sea, and 500m above the center of the town.
Such location is opening a wonderful view of
Rakhiv and of many famous highest points of
Ukraine. Such as: Hoverla, Pip-Ivan, Black
Mount and so on. There is a mineral water,
so called `burkut` which is located in 30
minutes of walk from the cottage. Burkut has
a great location, because it is situated in
a nice forest.
There are different kinds of swings for
children and adults, trampoline, table
tennis, barbecue, volleyball, badminton. To
have a great time you can also: sitting
outside on the terrace or in the arbor;
swinging in the hammocks, sitting near the
fire, shooting with bows and crossbows, gun
and slingshots. There is own ski lift for
amateurs (it has 450 meters) and the rent of
ski and sledges. Spring, summer, autumn �
gathering mushrooms, different kinds of
berries, traditional herbs (we will show you
and teach you).
On the guest`s require the owner prepares
various dishes of the Hutsul cuisine. You
can also drink fresh cow`s milk, and even
participate in the process of milking and
feeding Cows. According to a prior it is
possible to: ride a horse, sightseeing
scenic walk (in the mountains) by car.
